As an entrepreneur, certified business analyst and information technology professional, John possesses over seven years of working experience focusing on Technology Solution Development, Startups, Human Capacity Development, Social Innovation and the promotion of International Best Practices for Business Analysis.

Endowed with a naturally analytical and curious mind as well as an ability to provide direction amidst chaos, He has been actively involved in both entrepreneurial and Human Capacity Development initiatives and is the Founder and Chief Executive of The Ideation Platform, an incorporated organization that provides Learning and Development, Information Technology and Business Consulting products and services serving individuals and organizations in both the private and public spheres of the economy.

John was also Co-founder of other Start-ups such as Hodevah Networks, a non-profit Human Capacity Development platform and ef-Oneweb, a technology Start-up. Apart from his responsibilities as Chief Executive of The Ideation Platform, John works through the Learning and Development arm of his organization to train, mentor and support youths and professionals with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Business Analysis and Development and Personal Development.
